We let you know two weeks before it comes down. If you do nothing, it just goes offline. We keep it for 60 days after that.

If you stop paying
- Stop any time. Text us, or do it from your account page.
- No cancel fee. We don't refund the month or year you're in.
- Your site stays up until the end of what you paid for. Then it goes offline.
- We keep it for 60 days. Come back with one text.
- If a card payment fails, we let you know and keep your site up for a short time so you can fix it.
What's yours
- Your web address is registered in your name. It stays yours, even if you leave us.
- Your words and photos are yours.
- On a monthly plan, we build the site and look after it for you. Think of it like renting, with repairs included.

Questions
Do I have to pick a plan now?
No. Tell us what you need and we make your design first. When we send you the link, look at it. If you like it, tap “Keep it” to choose a plan and pay. We'll tell you which plan fits your design.
How do I pay?
By card, on a secure payment page. You don't need an account or a password. Monthly and yearly plans renew on their own until you stop. Rather pay cash or Zelle? Text us. That works too.
Is my own web address included?
Yes, on Starter. We buy it in your name once you keep your site, not before. Most endings, like .com, are included. Fancier names (over $15 a year) are possible, just ask. Event, One page and Invite live on our web address, like chenchosbuilt.com/yourname. For your event, want your own .com? We’ll get it for you at cost, usually about $11 to $15.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly costs about the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. Monthly is easier if you're not sure yet. You can switch to yearly later.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down. Just text us.
Will the price go up?
Not in the middle of what you've already paid for. If prices change, we tell you at least 30 days before your next payment, and you can stop instead. The details are in our terms.
I'm in Canada. Can I still do this?
Yes. We work with the US and Canada. Prices are in US dollars, so your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a small fee.
